„We had a lovely stay at Howecroft over the new year period. Very spacious and well stocked with friendly helpful hosts.The gardens were the highlight for us, the kids spent hours just exploring, despite the freezing weather.The house was a little tired in places, carpets worn and some damp smells in the hall and lounge. It was spotlessly clean though. All in all a magnificent place and would be amazing in the summer with access to the pool.“

„Just had a wonderful week at The Hawthorns, the house was spotless and homely , nice linen and comfy beds , the kitchen had everything we needed especially for self catering. Lots of board games for the children , smart tv with Netflix etc . „Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. "The hotel is close to the hovercraft ferry. I had to call someone to check in, since the reception is not staffed all the time. I was traveling by bicycle and they have a shed for safe storage. The breakfast is chosen from a menu with a few options. Restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. The shower had very low waterflow. "
