« Homely, spacious, lots to do (even in the rain and without the use of pool). Has a lovely feel. Fully realise pets are allowed and a couple of us got 'itchy' in the living room, but that's our fault as we knew the house accepted pets. We've stayed in LOADS of places Isle of Wight and this is right up there with the best! »

« We had a pleasant stay even though the weather was bad. The house is comfortable and has everything you might need for a short holiday. The host is very pleasant and is quick to respond. The parking is a huge bonus. Would recommend if you want to stay close to Ferry port. »

« We were a multi-generational family (13 people ranging from 2-70) celebrating a special birthday. The house was perfect for us all with plenty of bedroom and living space and a lovely big dining table. The bathrooms worked well even though not ensuite. Loads of hot water, crockery, glasses etc. We all slept upstairs and didn't need to use the downstairs bedroom. The gardens and outdoor space were fabulous, we just needed better weather. The locaction is excellent, there is a locked gate straight...

« Clean, well equipped, great location. A few minor observations. Creaking floor boards between bedroom and bathroom. No kitchen roll- one of the very few things not thought of ! Otherwise a number of very thoughtful items available. »

« Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect »

« We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it. »

« Lovely little caravan, perfect for me and my GSD. Two lovely bedrooms at each end beautifully set up. Kitchen had everything you'd need although I had trouble lighting the cooker but that was probably me! My dog loved sitting out on the decking, except when we had the gale winds which sounded as if they were going to lift the roof off! »

Poor lighting in the seating area- had to use torches to read by and bathroom could do with a shaving mirror Unlikely to return as poor approach road bad for car suspension and old bones »
