„New Cozy House“

„I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was amazing, the amenities were excellent, and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The only downside was that the rooms are a little soundproofing-wise, so you can occasionally hear noise from outside or neighboring rooms. However, this is something I have experienced at pretty much every hotel I’ve stayed at in Seoul, so it wouldn’t stop me from staying here ...

„Other than the location of the hotel, everything else about this hotel was very good. Clean, well maintained. Good amneties, Helpful staff. Unfortunately its a bit away from the more popular areas of Seoul but the property itself is top notch.“

„Our room had a beautiful view of the shrine. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city - for example, the subway is not far from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also noteworthy is the size of the pool area, which includes a sauna and a spacious changing room with plenty of lockers for storing valuables and clothing. It’s the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.“

„It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options ...
