"Geat views of Tokyo tower and surrounding Tokyo. some rooms facing the train lines are louder - as windows aren’t sound proofed or tripple glazed. Friendly helpful staffed moved me to a new room without questioning. Staff very helpful in general. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant feels a little dated e.g chairs and seating benches aren’t that comfortable. Waiting time can be long as it’s fairly small. But great diverse options. Area to improve- I found the beds weren’t comfortable maybe offer a pillow selection to cater for western softer pillow needs? "

"The staff is very friendly and attentive. They allowed me to check in 6 hours early free of charge, which was very welcome after arriving early in the morning after a 13 hour flight. The breakfast was delicious and had many Japanese and Western options. Location is convenient next to Daimon station and Hamamatsuchou station is also only a short walk."
