With sweeping ocean views from the living room and both king suites, you'll never be far from the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. Start your day watching the sunrise from one of the private bedroom balconies, spend the afternoon on the beach just steps away, and gather together in the evening for dinner and relaxation.



The spacious layout comfortably accommodates families and groups with:

**Two oceanfront king suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom

**One additional bedroom with two twin beds

**Bright and open living area with oversized glass sliders overlooking the ocean

Guests also have access to the community pool and a private beach walkover, making it easy to go from poolside relaxation to a day on the sand in minutes. Please note that this is a three-story townhome with multiple staircases throughout the property and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.



Guest Access:

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

*FOR CANCELLATIONS 61 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVATION: 90% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: THERE IS NO REFUND

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
