Lovely condo!

We had a wonderful stay during our trip. The condo was beautiful and kept clean, it was right on the beach and super convenient to everything that we wanted to do on our trip. It was a great space for our group of friends to stay together but allow everyone to have their own personal space. Will definitely be staying again!

Ketch Courtyard

This was our first time visiting Amelia Island and we absolutely loved it. Our condo was beautiful and we loved the big balcony with its great ocean views. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and answered my emails very quickly. I highly recommend Ketch Courtyard Condos...you won't be disappointed!

Nicest Condo Ever

We realize this unit has been recently renovated and it was very impressive. Very clean, decorated so well, loved the color scheme. The grand kids enjoyed the pool. We appreciated all the products provided for our family’s use. Points for full length mirror in master closet! The complex grounds were well-maintained. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. Absolutely the only downside was that the unit does not face the beach, and that wasn’t a problem. We will stay there again!

Girls’ weekend

The condo was just as pretty as you see in the pictures. It was perfect for a weekend reunion for three female college friends who are now senior citizens. We loved that we each got our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was very roomy and had a lot of supplies. For anyone wondering, it was on the second floor, and there is an elevator. There are grocery carts located on the first floor, which are available to help bring up any items from your car to the condo. The view from the patio was our favorite place to sit with a refreshing breeze and the ocean visible. We sat out there daily having our breakfast and then snacks before dinner. We booked this weekend in the fall and had no idea that this was “Shrimpfest” weekend. Besides a variety of delicious shrimp entrées, the streets were lined with artisans’ tents selling all kinds of things. The condo is in a great location and just about close to everything. In my opinion, the east side of the island is a much better choice to stay since it is on the Atlantic Ocean rather than on the west side of the island. If we should come back to visit, this is definitely where I’d want to stay.

This condo is the cleanest, most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed in. The listing is very accurate and all the details are there. Birthday trip to Florida

The Ketch Courtyard Condo was a short walk to the beach and very close to other activities. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all to have their own space. Matt and Jenny were very attentive to what we needed, port-a crib for baby, any requests to them were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a great place to spend our get away. We would choose to stay here again.
