« We visited in October. It was a lovely weekend and really got to enjoy the pool and outside area. From check in to check out however the staff was not helpful. We seemed to be bothering the front desk at both check in and check out and both times were approached with “Yeah?” Rather than a simple “How can I help you?” Or maybe even “Hello” Bar staff also did not give us any warm feelings and acted as though we were bothering them by asking for a beverage. « If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!! »
