„In die Jahre gekommene Hemlock Lodge mitten im State Park. Am Hang gelegen und mitten im Wald, viele Vögel und Eichhörnchen aber wenig Blick. Gute Betten aber Möbiliar und Badezimmer sind alt zuweisen zahlreiche Gebrauchspuren auf. Alle Zimmer haben großen Balkon. Leider nicht allzu sauber. Im angeschlossen Restaurant gab es sowohl morgens als auch abends Buffet. Preiswert aber auch nur allenfalls durchschnittlich gut. Die Natural Bridge kann man zu Fuß in einer 3/4 Stunde erreichen. „Beautiful property, quiet area! We rested well between site-seeing excursions. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen served us well. We had everything we needed.“

„Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. Cabin was very comfortable, well equipped, parking right up front, and with a firepit (which we didn't get around to using, unfortunately). Quick drive to plenty of hiking trails. We are already planning our next trip here and will most likely stay at the same cabin.“
