„Sauberes Zimmer“

„Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. „Sauberes Zimmer, tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Blick.“

„Perfekte Lage für Venedig. 3 Minuten zur Rialtobrücke, 10 Minuten zum Markusplatz. Sehr freundliches Personal.“

„Alles top!“

„Check-in y check-out: muy sencillo, indicaciones claras.

„Very Good“

„A complete rip-off – Avoid this hotel! Abzocke - Meide dieses Hotel. Don't make the mistake of booking this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms instead of one through Expedia. The hotel knew we were only two people and that the second room was never used. Despite Expedia intervening, they refused to issue a refund. Keeping the money for an unused room is outrageous and shows a complete lack of goodwill and customer service. The woman at reception was friendly. The room was dark, had bars ...
