« This was our first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and modern the inside of the hotel looks. We had beach and pool access since the morning so we were able to enjoy the beach and amenities before check in. Check in process was very easy, staff was very helpful and nice! The food was good, not the best but not the worst. Only complaint would be the keycards would sometimes not work great at unlocking the door and we would have to try multiple times before the door would...

« The room did not match the pictures online. The hotel was overall in desperate need of a renovation. We had to call three times to finally get them to bring extra towels. We asked for extra pillows on day one and we finally got them on day 3 of our stay. A picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night a hit my wife in the head. The weekend breakfast seemed like some microwaved items from Walmart. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again. »

« The room was clean except the 2nd day, the cleaning crew failed to replenish our towles. So I called the front desk to let them know. And they said they'll send some up, but never did. Otherwise everything else was fine. Too many small kids in the adult pool area in the hot tub. »

« Location was perfect, gated property, 3 pools, private beach area. Other apps mentioned had a private hot tub in room and really was the reason I had picked it, all though there was no hot tub I would definitely stay at this property again. Well worth it, also the company Upstay checked in with me making sure that if we needed anything they were there to help! »

« First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter »

« The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room.
