„I followed all the rules and the owner still charged me 200 extra for bringing a dog that I did not bring. When I told him I have proof of my dog staying else where he said there was extra hair so now the 200 was an extra cleaning fee. I already had everything paid in advance even a cleaning fee and he still charged me extra. I asked a picture of the hair and he did not provide any.
