« Room is spacious and room service calls were attended promptly. Thank you. Buffet breakfast is RM35. Salad not fresh. Nice to have a gym. One machine out of order and dumbbells have missing piece. It was locked even though was operating hours. Had to call personnel to unlock. »

« - both units weren’t ready. Checked in at 3 pm when the actual check in time is at 2PM - Both units were dusty and dirty. I had to self clean and even asked for a broom from the receptionist. - Units’ door in poor condition. You could get locked from outside for no reason - Wifi was not working for one of the unit - Slow response »

« Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly.
