Süßes Zuhause unten

  • In diesem komplett eingerichteten 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad im ersten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses werden die Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Der erste Stock ist vom zweiten Stock mit dem eigenen Eingang getrennt. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet und bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen.  Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sofa und einem TV ausgestattet. Internet ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist ideal zum Essen, da sie mit Kochutensilien, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Grill ausgestattet ist. 
     
    Beide Einheiten (Erster Stock) und (Zweiter Stock) haben ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und einen eigenen Eingang. Nur Einheit (Erster Stock) hat eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner durch Gäste in der Wohneinheit (2. Etage) erfolgt nur nach Absprache mit dem Mieter in der Wohneinheit (Rückseite).

    Verbringen Sie den Tag in der Nähe und genießen Sie historische Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Country Club Plaza mit Sevilla-Motiven oder die Union Station.

    Sie können die Gäste im Obergeschoss herumlaufen und die Treppe herunterkommen hören. Wenn dir das recht ist, miete mich.

The property was not as advertised the property is old and the furnishings old. Hole in door.Had to have someone come open the lockbox. Spent the night in hot house waiting for someone to come and adjust the AC. Junk yard in back of property. Had to threaten the owner to get a response. Blankets everywhere. Extremely small TV.

The house was fine for a place to sleep for my adult son and me; my wife would not have stayed in this house because of the feeling it exuded. There are a lot of pillows and coverings on anything you'd like to sit on, and a lot of rugs. This is fine, but it gives the feeling of being in a place that isn't very welcoming. It isn't really within walking distance to anything and didn't appear safe to do so if it was.

My son and I stayed here while visiting Kansas City for the World Cup, and it was exactly what we needed. We planned this trip nearly 10 months in advance, and finding a comfortable, affordable place to stay during such a major event was important.Park was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We needed an early luggage drop so we could head straight to FanFest before check-in, and Park accommodated us without hesitation, making our day much easier.The home is modest, comfortable, and feels like a real home rather than a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet, the front porch was a great place to relax, and the location made getting around Kansas City easy. We primarily used rideshare services and had no issues reaching our destinations.The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, a functional kitchen, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Compared to hotel prices during the World Cup, this property was an outstanding value.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked another visit and plan to stay in Park’s other unit next time. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a Chiefs game, Royals game, World Cup match, or simply passing through, I highly recommend this property.Thank you, Park, for your hospitality and for helping make our father-son trip such a memorable experience.

COZY COTTAGE

This was a cozy warm older home that reminded you of going home to grandma for Christmas. It was very clean and warm and fully stocked with things you need and extra. The host goes out of their way to accommodate. We loved it and will definitely go back!!! Friendly friendly people. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

weekend getaway

We came up to KC for a baseball weekend. I picked this house because the location showed very near the stadium. It took us 7 minutes to get there, can't beat that! Very easy to get around to other places in the area. Enjoyed our stay and will add this house to places to stay while we are in town.

A great place to get away

The host is on top of all request you have of him. Very personable. This place is perfect for my husband and I. It is very centrally located to anywhere you would like to go in the greater Kansas City area. Very clean and comfortable. A great place to relax after a long day with the family at Christmas. In general the property was good and as listed. We had one issue on check in, when we arrived at 5:15pm the house was still being cleaned. It didn't affect us much, as we just left our things and left, but if we had needed to get in immediately it could have caused an issue.

It was perfectly located for my husband and I between my sister and his children. It was very comfortable cozy and affordable. We loved staying here so much that we booked it again for christmas. The front yard was in serious need of yard work. Shrubs and plants overgrown. Doesn't look like the picture. The porch furniture was old and dusty.The house needs serious work. It appears caulk and paint is as good as it gets.The furniture and decor appear to have come from a fleamarket.Every floor board in the house creeks.I could go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The place was essentially as viewed; there were throws on all of the furniture. The outdoor sitting (front porch) was not clean enough for sitting and the home does smell like an old house. The property owner was very pleasant however, he appeared 1 day before our check date to clean the property. I rushed out to accommodate him. Suggestions

We have property on VRBO, so I am familiar with listing. I would not use a sweet smelling spray in that house. I opened windows to air it out. I would also take every single thing off of that front porch and power wash it and leave it that way. A couple of nice outdoor chairs would be fine but nothing else. Take the trash cans and put them in the back. These two things alone would make your place more appealing.

The property was pretty cluttered/junky inside and out, but the decor was kinda cute in a maximalist way. The house smelled funky and many elements of the decor had clearly not been cleaned or dusted in ages. It smelled and looked like a flea market. The kitchen dishes & soaps were fairly dirty/nasty. Bathroom was decent. Plenty of paper and linen supplies to use.Communication with the host was very poor. I struggled to get into the lockbox at first and messaged the host, who did not respond right away. I got it figured out on my own, and a few hours later, the host responded with their direct number.Noise was a big problem. The house was split, with the other kitchen & laundry being directly behind one of the downstairs bedrooms. You could hear toilet flushing, machines and water running day or night from the other guests. The water usage in the other part of the house will also affect the water temperature in the lower part of the house. Our main problem was the upstairs guests, who were drinking, yelling, and blasting music all night long. Literally all night, from 10 pm to 5 am. I reached out to the host at 1:45 am and again at 6 am, and got no response. Poor communication, no enforcement of rules, disturbance from other guests, unkempt property. Will not return.
