« There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms.
We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund. »

« Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite. »

« Very friendly valet and front desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the bar late in the evening and the food was quite good. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. »
