« The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty. »

« The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor. »

« Property multiple/deferred maintenance items that have not been addressed ..they have been called out by previous guest and still no remedy..shower is cracked and letting bugs into the bathroom.. Septic system is utilized by multiple buildings . Grey water/Aerobic sprinklers are going off every 15minutes .. and it’s running down the driveway!! Pictures look great…but beware!! »

« We had the BEST girls weekend here! We loved the cabin and most of all enjoyed sitting on the deck above the water, just enjoying the peace, nature, birds singing and fish jumping. The cabin was cozy, clean and my bed was super comfortable. The hosts are amazing. Our group of six all agreed we want to come back for sure! »
