We came to the hotel at 2 p.m, Which was exactly the time for check in. They ask us to wait while the room will be ready and we had wait more then 1 hour. But when we came to the room, we found that it was freezing cold, we realized the heater wasnt working (the temperature outside was -13). We called to reception and asked for help, about 1 hour later the maintenance man came to fix the problem, but the heater still wasnt working. So over the next 2 hour's he returned to our room 3 times, but never got the heat to work. We asked reception to please change our room or refund money (about 400 dollars for the night) and when they tried to move us to another room, the heater in the new room did not work either. Frustrated we returned to our original room. The manager came to our room and finally fixed the heater (Battery) around 9pm, then after the manager left, about 20 minutes, the heater ( battery) started spraying water all over our floor, half the living room was flooded before i could get maintenance to return to our room to stop it. About an hour later the manager returned with two bottles of wine and apologies, but we don't drink alcohol. I am very very disappointed with this experience, no discount, or free room ( upon next visit) , no dinner at the restaurant offered, just 2 bottles of wine to people who do not drink alcohol. I feel i wasted my money and my wife was very upset, this was our first night away from our children in years.As a platinum member please help u
