„Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Es ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war leider nicht so cool. Mit der Dusche setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Das ist nicht wirklich durchdacht. Aber ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.“

„Good cost-benefit for those who want a comfortable and modern place to stay. Staff is really nice. The lady who was there when I arrived was really sweet and helpful. The room was comfy, though some details could be fixed like some stains on the curtain and one of the towels towel as well as some small cleaning details. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. „Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. „Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them. "This hotel was a huge disappointment. Completely overpaid for what you get. It is not modern, but a 60-70 year old building. The ceiling in the room is very low, the bed is made of metal and looks like a prison. We didn't need the air conditioning because the ventilation panel was very dusty and dirty. You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!"
