« This property is one of the best managed ever. I have revisted this property on two occassions and they never miss a beat. The team focus on the details of cleaning, guest service and experience. It is a busy location, but parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great.The team always greet you! I would highly recommened this location to visiting guests. »

« My reservation was cancelled without any explanation or without telling me until I went to the location to check-in. There were no vacancies and it was super inconvenient. »

« I was first given an ADA room. I do not like taking those rooms from others that actually need it. The staff changed the room after trying to convince me that my reservation required it. He then gives me an “upgraded” room that clearly wasn’t an upgrade. The room was decent but the toilet and bathtub were dirty. The shower head was also very loose. I’d give this overall experience a B-. »

« Had to ask for a new room because the first one had brown streaks in both beds and pee stains on one of them. Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom along with very rusty tub. Second room was just ass bad with the steaks in the beds but also good crumbs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and there’s no one to talk to in person. The guy on the kiosk screen was not helpful at all. »

« The receptionist took a $50 deposit from me for a room that was paid for already, and I could not even get a receipt for the $50 they wanted to lock up on my card. The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. You should allow a guest to get a receipt of payment regardless of how the room was booked. You have no problem taking the money so you should have no...

« Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs a remodel. Mold at the bottom of the shower door. Breakfast good for complementary meal but the omlet and chicken sausage was cold »

« It had a great breakfast, didnt expect to be seated! Pool area was nice an plenty of room. The only thing was I was missing drapes to close all the way at night. Room 162, everything else was perfect. »

« The room was clean enough to sleep in. Empty place but yet they stuck me on the room right next to the highway with a broken tv and the WiFi did not work most of the night. The shampoo was half empty Boyle in the shower. You get what you pay for hard to find a hotel that is clean for under $100 a night. »

« We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good). »
