« Never made it.. this stupid app booked me at the wrong holiday inn. I was seated outside of the hotel And press current location and booked another. When I went in they told me that the reservation was for a different one. Tried to cancel and couldn’t because I just booked it. So I lost it. »

« Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first. »
