„Leider ging unser Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir haben uns in Clares Haus von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit ihr im Vorfeld verlief problemlos, schnell und super freundlich. Wir durften am Ankunftstag früher als geplant ins Haus, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Die Lage des Hauses kann nicht besser sein: zentral und dennoch ruhig. In wenigen Augenblicken ist man zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen.“

„The mirror was smeary and the glasses weren’t cleaned properly still had marks on. We didn’t get the caravan we were expecting on the ad. Was meant to have a 3 bedroomed caravan and ended up with 2. Needed it for 3 kids and a mum plus me and partner. Didn’t get communication until the day before we left. I had to find out throu social media platform as I needed a caravan for 4 dogs. Had to book another for my mother in law so dogs could go in.“

„The place was immaculate and perfectly suited to our family grouping of 15. Accessibility was great too for our 98 year old father. "Schönes, großes Zimmer, gute Lage für einen Zwischenstopp von oder nach Dover, leider war das Personal nicht freundlich - sowohl beim CheckIn als auch bei einer weiteren Konversation war die Frau an der Rezeption äußerst arrogant, hochnäsig und nicht freundlich."

"We had a lovely stay in hythe . Sorry to say that we would have liked to drink a coffee at 8.00 in the morning. We were told that we had To buy breakfast or wait till the bar opened so we could just gave coffee. We didn’t want to eat breakfast has we were going to have a celebration lunch at 12.00. Were were told they would only serve us coffee if we had breakfast and to pay 40 pounds for just two coffees would have been a little to expensive. We had had Sunday lunch the day before with a bottle of champagne, a bottle of red wine and 6 meals . Today we could not get a coffee!!! In the morning. We stayed two nights and on the second morning we didn’t even consider having breakfast, we walked on the beach front and found a little coffee shack who were more than welcome to serve us coffee at 8.00 in the morning."

"The hotel is modern with a lift, and the rooms have air conditioning, which isn't a given in this part of England. The location is perfect, but charging £25 for parking is quite steep. Unfortunately, there's no sign at the hotel entrance indicating that the main entrance is in the pedestrian zone and the car park is a street away. The car park is quite narrow, and there's no signage."
