„The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier.
