„Soooooooo good ! It’s best place in my life“

„Friendly staff. Needs a little bit of maintenance and could offer more amenities like pool side service and expanded menu. Nice quiet location. Need transport if wanting to do anything off property.“

„Nice place for short or longer stay. It’s peaceful and not busy. Rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly. Stayed for 18 nights and will come back soon“

„Alles Top, gerne wieder“

„Had a fantastic time at The New Moon Umalas. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the villa was extremely clean. The New Moon Umalas is surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and is central to all of the core services that one should need during their stay in Kerobokan.“

„clean property , lovely hosts , well looked after , great location“

„The best Villa experience! The room was awesome! Cleaned spotless, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. The staff are A++, the concierge was responsive and attentive to every need/want. The private pool was an added luxury amenity that we loved! Decently close to the airport and all our excursions were an hour drive away (which is typical in Bali). Located close to Cafes and, convenience store.“

„Had a great stay in this villa. The staff were amazing esp. the people preparing our daily breakfast. “

„Love the staff there“

„We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Canggu. The location was one of our favorite parts — it felt peaceful and private, yet still very close to everything. There were many great restaurants within walking distance offering amazing cuisines, which made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood without needing to go far. We could also easily call a Gojek and be at Love Anchor Bazaar in just minutes (about a 9-minute walk), and Canggu Beach and Echo Beach were only about a 5-minute ride away, so ...

„The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. Also, the elevator broke down on the day I had checked out with my luggage, but the staff helped me carry it downstairs. The restaurant offers some ...
