Perfekter Urlaub auf den Keys!

die Wohnung ist wirklich großzügig, größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt, die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ist warm, der Blick auf das Wasser vom Balkon aus wie man es sich vorstellt! Es entsprach und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Obwohl es angenehm ruhig zu geht ( nach 4 Tagen Miami Beach!) hat man alles in kurzen Entfernungen, viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. Ich kann nur sagen, es hat uns sehr gefallen und es gibt von unserer Seite eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Beautiful Views

This condo is situated in such a beautiful spot right on the water. We watched boats go by, beautiful sunsets and also watched some marine life from the comfort of the very large balcony. The unit is well equipped and offered all supplies and amenities. The management staff, specifically Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the local restaurants, tennis and the fun par three golf course just a short walk away. We felt very comfortable during the length of our stay This was a great little getaway for us and we will be back!

Beautiful Paradise is Marathon

This is a gem of a place in the heart of the Fla keys- Marathon. Key Colony is its own little community where you can do so many things: We kayaked, fished, cycled, paddle boarded, swam, visited Key West, visited Bahia Honda State Park, visited John Pennecamp state park and the Air Museum. This condo boasts beautiful views of the clear turquoise blue Atlantic waters with multiple boats driving by and anglers trying for their deepest catches! The ocean and pool were a perfect retreat from the day’s activities and the amenities for cooking and dining at home were amazing. We will be back again next year!! Hill Family

Relaxing June Getaway

My family and I stayed in this unit for a week in June 2023. It was an awesome property and we had a very relaxing time. The condo overlooks the Atlantic and the views and sunsets are amazing! I highly recommend this unit and we definetly plan to return. I will try to not duplicate what the listing shows but the rental includes linens, kitchen stocked with utensils, glasses, cups, cooking equipment, etc. In addition to full appliances the kitchen also includes a Keurig and a toaster oven. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There are also three rollaway beds stored in the walk in closet and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two propane grills located under the lower parking area. There is a fishing pier on the property and I saw folks pulling in large Tarpon daily but unfortunately our unit did not include any fishing equipment so we didn't get to do any fishing. I was told by the property manager that some units do include fishing supplies and some don't. With summer being the offseason in the Keys there was quite a bit of loud construction going on in some of the units starting at 8AM daily. We were notified about the construction in advance so it wasn't a suprise and not that big of a deal. Being in the Middle Keys, Key Colony Beach is close to so many attractons and everything is within an easy 1 hour drive north or south. I highly recommend this property!

Keys Ocean Front Condo

You can’t get closer to the ocean than this property. Hands down you will NOT regret staying here. This property is easy to get to and secluded. The ocean is steps from the condo and the beach was only for Key Colony Point guests. The majority of the time, only our family was on the beach. The ocean is very gentle because of the breakers located on either side of the beachfront. There is a nice pool for when you don’t feel like salt water. The property has a private pier that we were able to fish from with poles provided by the condo (we caught so many fish!). The layout of the condo is perfect. A laundry room right inside the front door was perfect for getting out of our wet, sandy clothes. The open floor plan of the dining room, kitchen and main living area is amazing. The balcony features a wall sized sliding glass door allowing in the sight, sound and smell of the ocean. There are chairs and a table on the balcony where we ate breakfast and lunch every day. We were also able to watch the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening! The two bedrooms with three beds and sleeper sofa were great for our family of five (15, 14 and 12 year old kids). There were three (that I counted) gas grills on the property that were cleaned every morning. The on site property manager, Elizabeth, was the BEST! She was there constantly during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was an excellent communicator of possible issues (noise, etc.) due to construction in another unit. It made a huge difference to know this information beforehand and we greatly appreciated her transparency. The owner, Ken, was very receptive and in contact with us as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I enjoyed this place! Key Colony Beach is our favorite area to stay and this apartment is in the best location. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Snorkeling, swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock was fun! Definitely will come back.

The condo pictures actually don't do the condo justice. It's a great location, great view, and a well-kept property. We used the condo for a week as a base for running around the keys doing a variety of activities. We would definitely stay there Gain!

Excellent vacation

The property and condo unit were very nice, you can’t beat the ocean view and you are able to see the sunset from the balcony. My family and I enjoyed everyday. We caught lots of fish from the pier as well as able to see all sorts of sea life (moray eels, spotted eagle rays, barracuda, dolphins and a sea turtle). Thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful Family Vacation

We used Ken's property for a family gathering to celebrate my birthday. I have never had a more relaxing vacation. The condo is very comfortable. It is easy for everyone to gather in the dining room, den or balcony since all are large spaces with enough comfortable seating to accommodate everyone. The views are incredible. Like other guests, we could sometimes see fish in the little cove right below the balcony. We also saw a manatee from our balcony. The little cove is a lovely place to relax in the ocean. The property manager (Karen) was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had. The on-site maintenance person (Don) also handled everything quickly and with little to no disruption. We are already looking at our calendars so we can make a return visit to this property!

Wonderful stay, Beautiful view

The property was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Keys. The balcony was right on the Ocean with the most beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The pool area was very nice and you have a view of the ocean from there as well. If I return to the keys this is where I will stay.

Outstanding Home away

Loved this place from the first moment we saw it. Clean roomy, great views, and convenient. I can't think of anything that could have improved our stay. Cost was more than our usual stay, but you get what you pay for, a great place in a tropical paradise.
