Pet Policy Notice

We love welcoming guests traveling with their furry companions! Please note that there is a $50 fee per pet for the duration of the stay.

If you plan to bring a pet, kindly inform us in advance so we can add the pet fee to your reservation.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire RV and private lot. You may use the boat ramp, parking space for a vehicle and trailer, and enjoy the Calusa Campground amenities, including:

Pool & sundeck
Kids playground
Picnic areas
Marina & docks
Laundry facility

Please Note Before Booking: This is a professionally maintained RV on a canal lot, not a house. Due to the tropical climate, occasional sightings of insects (like ants or cockroaches) may occur despite regular cleaning and pest control. This is normal in the Keys and not considered grounds for a refund.

Guests must check in at the Calusa office. A $10 registration fee is required, and additional fees may apply for pets ($10), boats/jet skis ($25), and extra vehicles. A refundable security deposit may also be required by the campground.

Parking: One vehicle included. Extra vehicles may require approval and fee.

Vessel Restrictions: Boats and jet skis may be restricted on holiday weekends and during lobster mini-season.

Community Rules: All guests must follow Calusa

Campground’s rules, which apply to all listings within the community.

Amenities: Access to the pool, courts, playground, and boat ramp is shared and based on availability.

Security: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety

Other things to note
Calusa Campground Rules for Watercraft:
Only registered guests may use the boat ramp. All trailers and vessels must be parked properly on the lot and follow campground guidelines. No watercraft may be launched or docked without prior approval.
