„Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. „Arrived at 02h00 in the morning and the requested Pick-up was not there. Arrived in the hotel, the room was not Ready (at two o´clock in the morning!!!). I had to wait 30 minutes. The guy didn´t care about.. .The fact that the Hotel was already Paid (confirmation with me), I had to pay the full rate again. The guy seemed to be amused. The room was small, dirty and full of Moskitos. The bed was ok by the way. For this price the Hotel isn´t what you should expect - especially in this lovely ...

„Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good.“
