3 Oaks on the Lake - Kinloch

Welcome to the original Holyoake`s bach.
The front of 3 Oaks looks over the pristine waters of Lake Taupo in Kinloch, while the rear gives you access to the marina.

With 2 bedrooms, sleeping 7 there is room for everyone.

Only 20 minutes to Taupo CBD to enjoy the many events it holds and attractions.

Access is via a key lockbox. Details will be sent on the morning of arrival.

A team member is available throughout your stay.
You will find the contact number on the front of the house manual. Text or calling is best for instant reply.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
