„Das Hotel gilt als gut. Ich hatte im Bad kein Licht oder nur eine grüne Lampe. Tovels fehlten. Dann bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Dort lief der TV nicht und beim Berühren vom Lavabo fiel es von der Wand! Das wurde dann rasch geflickt aber es hinterlässt ein wenig gutes Gefühl für dieses Hotel. Andererseits ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!“

„Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya ...

„The shower didn't have hot water in the first room they gave me. They quickly moved me to the next room and the shower was always hot and the pressure was good! All the employees were always helpful. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the omelet for breakfast. “
