Perfect for College Reunion

The house was clean, well equipped and generally comfortable. The location was perfect for the beach and exploring the Outer Banks, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool and the hot tub was perfect.

Awesome Vacation

We highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our group of 10. Tons of space to spread out. The kids loved staying together in the bunk beds bedroom. They made great use of the game room. The location of this home is ideal for things to do in either direction. This home was clean and just like the pictures. We will definitely plan to stay again. A great week in a great home! Thank you!

Great family vacation spot

So much to do — pool, hot tub (thankfully because the weather was cold all week), pool table, foosball, games, quick walk to the beach. Kitty Hawk is fairly commercialized and not walkable compared to Duck to the north and Nags Head to the south but both are close by for day trips. Water park, Flight museum, aquarium, sand dunes and light houses great attractions (get tickets in advance for lighthouses and aquarium)

Family Adventure

This house worked very well for the families to have their own bedroom and bath except for bedroom on first floor did not have full bath and had to go to other floors for a bath/shower. Bunk room was great for the children. The kitchen and table seating was great! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The home decor looked like the pictures...all very nice!

Great week!

We had our whole family at the house and had a wonderful week. The property was so close to the beach, the pool and hot tub were both so great and convenient we all had the best time! The only concern was the cleaning company didn't do the best job they really need to clean the ceiling fans and check under the beds and clean the light fixtures. Also the bathrooms could have used a little more attention. But we did bring clorox wipes so some wiping down with them and we were good to go. The management company was great and responsive when needed. Good time had by all of us!

The beach is the perfect distance for a walk, the pool is a nice size, the hot tub is wonderful. Every bedroom having its own bath was wonderful! This was our first trip with all the children and grandchildren and this house made it possible for everyone to find their own niche. Probably the best vacation in years! The place was clean, has great furnishings, and every amenity we needed. We would go back again, if we weren’t wanting to take the grandkids to new places. Highly recommend this location!!

Game room downstairs provided hours of entertainment, beach was a short walk. Only “negative” is that the furniture could use some sprucing up and the cleaning service could have been more thorough prior to our arrival. The recliners specifically have seen better days and the garbage can had some kind of grease and food in the bottom. Property management was very responsive with the small issues we had during our stay.

The beds need updated very well slept in. Pool is on the small side but has seats made in it to relax which was nice. Walk to beach was not bad at all. The only down fall is the house needs a deep clean. The top refrigerator needs cleaned inside and out. The oven needs a deepclean as well asthe floors. Your feet will be black and dirty. Other than all that we had a wonderful time. Loved the location.

The house was great. The property management company probably not as good. They are not checking everything. We almost burned down the house because the bbq hadn’t been cleaned all year. There was so much grease and the brush to clean the grill didn’t have one bristle. The grease was at least 2 inches thick on the patio under the grill. Jacuzzi cover and sides falling apart. The sliding glass door tracks so dirty you can’t open the door and half of the chairs at the table are on the last legs. They can’t be glued anymore!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home accommodations fit our needs well! We loved the location being two streets to the beach and the quietness around us too. There was plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and especially loved the built in seats in the pool too. The house was clean and ready for occupancy before the scheduled window which was a plus. A few recommendations would be to replace a couple of mattresses and add additional towels. We only had one kitchen dish towel which is not adequate for a six bedroom home. We washed and rewashed it for use. Also, I would recommend a larger or second trash can for the kitchen too. Overall, great house for our families with plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

The pool was perfect for our group with many young kids, and the walk to the beach was super easy and safe! Other neighbors and renters in the area were friendly and there's lots to do nearby.We stayed over July 4th weekend and got to see so many fireworks over the ocean while sitting right on our deck!My only critique is that I wish there was a bathroom on the lower level, but certainly not a dealbreaker. Regardless, all 6 of the bathrooms were very nice.

The cleaning crew could use improvement but when you take into consideration the size of the house and the turnover time from one renter to the next, you'd understand the reason. I'd rather deal with a little dust and get into the house at 4 pm then wait until 6pm. I loved the house. The beds were so comfortable. The pool...family room...closeness to the beach were great. The realtor reached out frequently to ask if we needed anything...asked if there were any issues. I would definitely rent this house again and use Beach Realty for rental properties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great with all of the amenities, but there were not bikes and there were not DVD capabilities. My son had to go purchase some technical equipment so that we could watch the upstairs tv. Coffee maker(there were 2) one worked and one leaked/so that was hard for the 12 of us. Otherwise, things went well and we had a really lovely time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well described and a great place to stay. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. We did miss having seating on the decks. There was only 1 chair a pool lounge on each deck. It would have been nice to have some deck chairs for morning coffee or evening chats.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was run down and dirty. It had ants. It had mold. The pool was nice but the pool chairs were disgusting and the grill was a disgrace. I would not recommend this property unless you want a frat house experience
