Inside, Rx OBX is thoughtfully designed to accommodate relaxation and entertainment for guests of all ages. An elevator (36" wide, 48" in length, and 7' high) services all levels of the home, ensuring easy access for everyone — including elderly and mobility-impaired guests. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and keep the fun going in the spacious recreation room, complete with a pool table and Foosball table.

As night falls, gather in the theater room with tiered seating for a family movie night or retreat to one of the luxurious bedrooms — including six king en suites and a dedicated bunk room perfect for the kids. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, and this home includes fresh bed linens and towels for added convenience.

The heart of the home, the top-level great room, features soaring ceilings, a cozy seasonal fireplace, and plenty of seating for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen boasts two dishwashers and a large breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 17, perfect for memorable family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Private heated pool equipped with UV filter is available from the second week of April to the third week of October. Pool size is approximately 14’ x 28’. Optional pool heat is available for $375/week.

Ground Level: Carport parking, entry to the house, 2 enclosed outdoor showers, access to the pool deck and hot tub, from around the side of the house access to the volleyball court, elevator access, and stair access to the mid level.

Mid Level: 4 king en suites (one has a jetted tub and 1 has a wide doorway and easy shower access), en suite with 2 sets of bunk beds, recreation room with a pool table, surround sound, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, den with a futon and a Football table, half bath and laundry in the hall.

Top Level: 2 king en suites (one with a jetted tub), large open great room with fireplace (off-season), kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar and dining area for 17, theater room with tiered seating, hall half bath.
