There are Smart TVs throughout for streaming games, movies, and shows. Don't worry about overcrowding the couch, fill your buckets with popcorn and head for the 75" home theater, complete with real theater seating! Sunset Platform has a perfect position for sunset viewings. Sea Oats Park provides a basketball half-court with one hoop, a children's play area, a soccer field, and picnic tables.

Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
