"Bathroom just felt tiny. Sheets on the sofa couch were dirty. Other than that it was okay. Parking was accessible. The shuttle bus was nice."

"Hotel appears newer. Super clean and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Great area with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Will make this my stop when on I-40 traveling west."

"Great location and beautiful inside. Everything except the University grounds are in walkable distance. Behind the hotel is a public parking garage that offers very affordable rates. For us it was a perfect stay."

"Bathroom sink was ultra slow to drain. Staff lacked friendliness and enthusiasm. No lobby restrooms. Check-in was slow. Nearby restaurant Famous Dave’s BBQ closed. Chattanooga Drury was outstanding 5. Knoxville was a weak 3. Bed was uncomfortable. Much room for improvements. No shoutout"
