Really amazing beachfront condo especially enjoy the nicely design kitchen with the granite countertops. It was nice having breakfast over the ocean every day. Also the AC was definitely a plus.

Koloa on the water

Nice location. The couch is worn out and not clean. The washer/dryers were worn and dated- not in unit and broken on our level. The grounds were beautiful.

Kauai Babymoon Trip

This was such a sweet and spacious condo for my husband and toddler to stay at. The bed was so comfortable and easily fit all three of us during our stay. The air-conditioning /fans were a lifesaver for all of us. We enjoyed listening to the waves crashing outside our lanai with the sunrises and sunsets during our stay. The kitchen had most of the amenities we needed to make our meals during our stay. We would love to return to this roomy condo!outout

August Stay

My boyfriend and I loved this property. While many places on Kauai don’t have air conditioning, this condo did and it made a huge difference. The bay right outside the condo has a ton of sea turtles and a quick walk on the other side of the property has one of the best snorkeling spots in my opinion. There are a ton of colorful fish and sea turtles and the waves aren’t too rough. Loved our stay here.

Turtle Cove overlook at Kuhio Shores

We enjoyed our stay at Kuhio Shores. The condo was comfortable for two people. We enjoyed sunrise on the lanai in the mornings and watching the turtles in the afternoon. The only thing we missed was an ice maker but we were able to buy a bag of ice to fit in the freezer. The property is clean, safe and easy to get around. We definitely would recommend staying here.

Tropical appointments, kitchen more than adequately supplied. Bed was very comfortable. View every morning at sunrise, watching sea turtles feed on the algae right below the lanai.

Beautiful area/property.

Beyond amazing views of the ocean, especially sunrises and sunsets. Saw sea turtles and dolphins from right outside property. Short walks to multiple beaches, stores, and food.

Awesome waterfront condo

If you like the sound of the ocean - this is it for you. Walking distance to amazing sunsets and a small beach. Everything worked out perfectly. There’s no pool but that didn’t bother us. Close to restaurants and food trucks- less than 5 min drive. Everything in Poipu is close. Good location for exploring the south. Condo was clean and spacious. Book this place if you can!

Just Perfect

We absolutely loved staying here. It was much roomier than expected and watching the turtles was a bonus. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy parking. Perfect for someone/someones who like to be left alone and avoid the big mega resorts. Right next to the best snorkeling with rentals available. They had beach chairs, noodles, etc available and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would mention to others is the laundry room only takes quarters ($5) and thats basically impossible to get if you dont plan ahead. We would love to stay here again, thank you!

Oceanside paradise

Unbeatable views of the ocean. Vacasa management communicated well and was informative. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C was pleasant at night. Short walk to Lawa'i beach which looked good for snorkeling, but the ocean was too rough due to a swell. Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach are a short drive away. The kitchen and living room overlook the ocean which was so relaxing. All the appliances worked great and the automatic door lock was a major plus. The location is perfect as base camp to explore the south side of the island. The only negatives were that the kitchen was missing a few key things (i.e. strainer, foil, snack bags) and we were not provided a parking pass upon arrival. Luckily, we were able to get a pass from a groundskeeper that we ran into after check-in. Overall incredible place to stay.

Amazing property!

Who wouldn’t want to wake up to seaside sunrise every morning.?! The view from the unit is amazing. The unit itself is in a perfect location and has every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen set up is great. Having dinner while over looking the ocean is a great way to end every day. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Poipu stay

The location of this property was perfect for us. We watched sea turtles swimming along the rocks below us most days while there. We could walk to snorkeling, a small quiet beach, The Beach House restaurant, and Kukui'ula Shops. The kitchen was newly updated, clean, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaints, and they are so minimal: there was no where to put clothes other than a small closet. Would have loved a chest of drawers to put things away. The front room needs a bit of updating, in our opinion. Otherwise, it was great! Thank you!

If you love turtles and the sound of the ocean, stay here.

This is a perfect location to see turtles all of the time, watch surfing and listen to the ocean all night. Air conditioners helped as weather was very warm, but usually you don't need them at all - just fans! This location also allows for walking everywhere and you can access snorkeling too. Towels and chairs are provided so everything you need is here!
