It is just like in the pictures! And it has all you need! It is greatly equipped! Aside from its beauty and features the host and owners are wonderful! „This is a return trip to this sweet little space for us. So well designed and we never felt cramped. Great location. A decent variety of restaurants in Guerneville, and close access to Johnson’s beach gave us an easy time. Kayaking by day and dining out by night. Perfect Russian River getaway. Owners live right next door and are very responsive to requests and general communication. “

„Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Guerneville. Nice upgrades and lovely decor. Wonderful and private rear outdoor area with hot tub, ping pong, firepit and a great dining area. Also a nice deck with seating around the front ..great for sipping a glass of wine.Beds were super comfy, Bathrooms were very nice. There were special touches and extras throughout the house.Everything was very clean and it was super comfy!I would highly recommend booking Katy's place - you will love it!“
