The carpet is old and doesn’t look the best. The towels were very clean and smelled really nice. The kitchen and the refrigerator were clean as well. Thank you“

„This was the perfect place for all of our vacation adventures. Gorgeous views, far enough away from the business of town but close enough to be convenient. Beautiful book nook bay window, plus a nice porch to watch the sunset and hummingbirds. We brought hummingbird food, and they enjoyed it. Our dog loved walking in that neighborhood and hanging out on the porch with us. We enjoyed playing games, too. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. “

„Absolutely stunning views. Location perfect for proximity to town of Grand Lake by car and by boat. Kayaks plus our paddleboard used to paddle across lake to hike to Shadow Mountain Lookout and back. Rented pontoon boat on Labor Day for some fishing and trip into town. As we had the boat for the full day, the dock was so nice to tie up to when not out on the lake. Con…bed size.
