„Amazing“

„Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. „It was a great stay“

„Our stay at Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli, was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. . The service never felt mechanical or routine; there was a sincere effort from the entire team to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. For the amount you pay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The property definitely needs to improve ...

„Very disappointing stay. Hotel was unable to provide basic things like TV, just 2-3 options in F&B, wifi etc inspite of promoting it on the website. Absolutely wrong commitments at the web page. “
