The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. „We had a great stay! The home was very nice and clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. There was even coffee and a coffee maker included. We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! “
