« "Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front".
The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes.
Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak).

« The check in process was easy and friendly. I was able to check in a little early. The parking was convenient but the garage was a little tight for larger vehicles as other reviews noted. I had a midsize suv and had no trouble at all maneuvering through the garage. The view from the balcony was great! The room was not really that clean though.
