"Staff very friendly and welcoming, we even received a free chocolate cake for our National Day, which I'd have never expected that they would check these things about the origin country of their guests! What a nice surprise! Generally they were very attentive to make sure we have a pleasant stay, also at the bar or the breakfast, which was rich with buffet and a la carte options. Some little things were broken (elevator or parts of the bathtub), but otherwise it was perfect."

"A newly built hotel with modern design and good equipment in the spacious room, especially the bathroom is pretty. The window was quite small in our room, so it was rather dark. Also the window could not be opened at all. Staff very friendly. Gym could benefit from a weight lifting machine, just cardio and free weights available. Roof bar and pool nice although small. We couldn't charge our consumption to the room for some reason, looks like we would need a card that we didn't get. Strange. Also sad that there seem to be no stairs to be used by guests, so even for just one floor we always had to use the elevator."
