Wirklich tolle Lage. Frühstück im 15. Stock mit wirklich schönem Rundumblick über Kyiv. Raum gut. Personal hilfreich. Da kommt man gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Alles Gut!
Nettes, perfekt englisch sprechendes Personal an der Rezeption und ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade auf einen Raum mit Balkon - da kann schon mal nichts schief gehen. Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber und groß. Dazu kommt eine moderne Einrichtung. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten von der Ubahn Haltestelle Universität entfernt und von dieser lässt sich ganz Kiew gut erschließen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Goldene Tor oder die Oper sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung und ich würde es beim nächsten Kiew Trip sofort wieder buchen.

Perfektes Business-Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Restaurant Matisse im 15. Stock. Dort hat man nicht nur eine atemberaubende Aussicht sondern auch Auswahl und Qualität sind spitze. Das Frühstück wurde infolge Lockdown nur aufs Zimmer serviert. Bei diesem gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotential. Trotzdem kann ich dieses Hotel guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Kurzer Aufenthalt in Kiev
Sehr schōnes Hotel ich mōchte das Restaurant im 15ten Stock hervorheben mit einer Aussicht die richtig gut war! Das Zimmer war sauber der Check Inn ging sehr schnell...Was mich gestōrt hat es war das einzige Hotel das uns ein massiv zu teures Taxi bestellt hat alle andern Hotels haben den Taxi Preis fūr uns ausgehandelt!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers sowie die Sauberkeit waren absolut top! Frühstück und Roomservice waren ebenfalls großartig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man die Dusche (absichtlich) nicht schließen kann (fehlende Duschwand) und deshalb spritzt man das Bad ziemlich nass.

neues, modernes Hotel an super Lage
Man merkt, dass das Hotel neu ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Leute an der Reception sind nett und nehmen sich auch Zeit für Erklärungen. Die Zimmer sind relativ gross und sauber. Was mir sehr gefallen hat, war der Zimmerservice (24h) sowie der Fitnessraum (24h). Das Hotel hat zwei Restaurants, in einem wird gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war zwar jeden Morgen das gleiche, jedoch hatte man eine relative grosse Auswahl. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmals hin, da die Lage und der Service super sind. Als Dankeschön haben wir zwei Geschenke erhalten. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Soweit alles gut, ruhige Zimmer trotz Standort in der City. Aber zwei echte Nachteile: Kein einziges deutsches TV Programm in der Auswahl. Sehr langsames, ineffizientes Personal an der Rezeption. Das Auschecken dauerte 30 Minuten, weil sich ein einheimisches Ehepaar (trotz Warteschlange) alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erklären ließ und nur ein Mitarbeiter am Desk war...

Alles gut und schön. Grundsätzlich nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Einzig im (für die Verhältnisse recht teuren) Restaurant könnte an der Kompetenz der Bedienung noch gearbeitet werden. Trotz recht wenigen Leuten recht lange Wartezeit. Aber das Essen war tadellos.

Top Peisleistung! Alles sieht brandneu aus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Musste gleich weiter zum ersten Meeting. Mein Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht, welches mich ebenfalls mit top Ausstattung überrascht hat. Werde meinen nächsten Kurzbesuch bestimmt wieder hier buchen!

ein Stern zuviel
Das Zimmer war nicht bereit und eiskalt. Mussten 2 Stunden warten. Bad und Dusche ok. Das Hotel hat m. E. ein Stern zuviel. Auf dem Flur und auch im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Umgebung ist allerdings super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Preise im Restaurant sind eine Frechheit. Beispiel: 1 Glas Weißwein im Offenausschank 19 Dollar. Ein Witz.

Prima Business Hotel - für 1-2 Nächte
Alles ok, nichts Gravierendes zu bemängeln. Zimmer, Bett und Bad 1a. Der Frühstücksraum im 15. Stock mit Panoramaaussicht und Balkon ist grandios. Schwach dagegen das Frühstück: Übler Pumpkannenkaffee, anständigen Kaffee gibt's für obszönen Aufpreis. Vorsicht: Personal kann (wie häufig im Osten) nicht wechseln. Bleibt man länger, stellt man fest dass das Frühstück jeden Tag bis ins letzte Detail identisch ist - damit wird das relativ "Ukrainische" Frühstück nach wenigen Tagen äußerst langweilig. Fazit: Nächstes Mal ins Radisson, auch nicht viel teurer.

Top-Hotel für Aufenthalt in Kiew, mit Service wie er selten so gut zu finden ist. Preisniveau ist okay, im Restaurant etwas zu hoch. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Kiew jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel.
