« This is not a complete house, this is a basement of a house. We are late night people, and we were constantly worried we might wake up the owners upstairs. This was not well-communicated to us ahead of time, so we ended up leaving the location and staying at a local friend's house instead. »

« Host was very pleasant and prompt with responding. Home is in a superb location. Walking distance to downtown Lafayette which has multiple restaurants and shopping. Parking is off street parking but had zero issues with finding a spot. House is in mint condition, very welcoming and comfortable. Fully stocked with any and everything you could possible need. « We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level. »

« We spent twelve days at this house in early March 2026. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. We love the kitchen and counter space. This place is very clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year. »

« Not an enjoyable experience at all. Prior to our stay I specifically asked if there would be room for 2 trucks and a trailer and was told yes. Day of check in we are sent a list of things to know and one of the items listed states parking in front of the garage is not allowed which was extremely stressful. The home is clean but not equipped for a stay longer than over night at all. Glasses were dirty. No tv in common area. Lots of rules posted all over the home but no check out instructions To...
