« Overall a decent stay. One of the bedroom beds we could not use because the mattress was poor. It was also very inconvenient to not have access to a remote to open the garage so every time we came back to the unit we had to walk around through the unit to open it to then park our car. The floors were also very dirty. The unit was big and spacious for our family and in a nice area. »

« What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. « Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest.
