CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.

This is also a duplex, there is a home attached next door.

During your stay
I'm a message away if you need help. I don't live onsite but am nearby.

Other things to note
The washer and dryer combo is available for use. It's one machine that washes and dries, so loads need to be very small. Drying takes a long time, and the door stays locked for at least an hour after the cycle finishes.
