„The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. "Der erste Eindruck war wirklich gut, aber wenn man genauer hinsah und vorallem auch mal in die Ecken blickte, sah man, dass der Schein trĂŒgt. In meinem Zimmer waren leider ĂŒberall Haare. Und die Handgriffe der Kommode waren defekt. Also meiner Meinung nach sollte eine Reinigungskraft sehen, dass der Handgriff lose ist und man die Schraube einfach nachziehen muss. In der Duschen waren die Silikonfugen eine reine Katastrophe. Das Bett war sehr bequem und fĂŒr 1 Nacht hatte ich alles was ich brauchte. Falls man ins Disneyland gehen möchte ist dies sicher ein gutes Hotel, da es jede Stunde ein Shuttle anbietet. Leider war die Erste Empfangsdame sehr schroff und wollte mich einfach sehr schnell abwickeln. "
