« The valet staff were great, the location was great in the heart of everything but our room was very dirty upon arrival. We had staff enter our room FOUR times during our stay, once was housekeeping first thing in the morning, frustrating but okay. The rest of the times were by staff who did not announce themselves nor did we request anything. When we tried to bring it up to the front desk they shrugged it off and denied it? Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. »

Got to that room and the couch had dead ants on it. We were only in that room for about an hour until our original...

Merci! »
