« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »

« We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place. The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. « Breakfast was nice. Air conditioner was good. Poorly painted walls and decorating was minimal but I wasn't there for the looks. »

« the plumbing needed some work loose handles, commode ran to refill often, had to move microwave to desk in order to plug it in. The window sheers were torn and did not close well. We liked the room just needed some tlc. »

« IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

« The room was very clean and staff was great helping us during our stay. The breakfast had egg omelette with sausage and waffles were my husband’s favorites. They had other options to eat as well. »

« Alot of roaches. Exposed wire on the ac unit. Bed sheets were stained. I got a non smoking room but the sheets have burn holes in them .no microwave to heat food. Enter at your own risk. »

« The hotel was reasonably clean and rooms were spacious. The problem was that all rooms were on second floor and there was no elevator. You have to climb stairs to get to rooms. My wife is somewhat disabled with back injury which made that difficult. Upon checkout I saw and older lady wrestling with suitcases to get down the stairs. I found no indication on website about the lack of an elevator either on their website or Expedia's. I would think Expedia would want to correct this lack of...
