Just beyond, the screened-in patio offers a front-row seat to the lake, with counter seating for four and a high-top table for meals with a view. From sunrise coffee to evening cocktails, this space is your private lakefront sanctuary.

Located in the heart of Lake Ozark, you’ll have easy access to boating, fishing, and waterfront dining. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This rental includes a 12x28 boat slip and a PWC (Personal Watercraft) lift
• This condo complex does not offer on-site trailer parking.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes required and provided inside the unit.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera above the front door and actively monitoring the main entrance.
o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us.
