« Hotel was ok but the self-service check-in and check-out is cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. It’s like ordering at a fast food restaurant and definitely not in keeping with this standard of hotel. The car park is a reasonable size but mostly occupied by spa members. When we arrived the only space left was in front of the hotel so my wife and I went to check in and ask reception where we should park. With nobody around, and just the screen to check in, we were left to roam around and try to...

"Hotel well located, nice design, breakfast and food are nice, The desk people are not interested of anything, doing their job with no joy, no sympathy, it’s not lively, except for one waiter at the restaurant who served us at breakfast and lunch who was very nice and joyful Room nice but no AC…and 4th floor bit tricky to get there (not for everyone) Bathroom could be cleaned better (spotted hairs in the shower at arrival), and shower not clean the day after as well as the toilet"
