„Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed.“

„This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development. “

The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. „We spend two weeks in this great cottage and had a wonderful time. Exactly like described: three bedrooms, three baths, a kitchen, air conditioning, spacious with a rustic charm.
