« The check-in procedure was excellent, with the key being held in a secure 'hole in the wall' that was released when a credit card was swiped for the $100 refundable deposit.
The lady I spoke to about my booking was very polite, accommodating in her phone manner and was very helpful.
I initially stayed 2 nights, but after I checked out I decided to stay one more night. I rang reception and was told the room I had the previous 2 nights would be held for me.
