„There was six rooms that we reserved. My son and my other son‘s rooms had to be moved when they moved one of my sons. They took him down to a room where a naked man was laying on the bed so then they moved him rooms for a second time we came in Friday night at 12:30 and couldn’t find our key to get in the room stood in the office and rang. The bell called to the point that my husband went behind the desk to realize the gentleman was sleeping, so we went and pounded on the door to wake him up to ...

„Top Hotel. “

„Great stay“

„The room I was given initially was poorly cleaned. However the staff was excellent about moving me immediately to another room which was quite acceptable. The other problem I had was because I booked through Expedia, the property was not able to get paid by Expedia. They were given an invalid virtual credit card number. „Not kept updated. Wouldn’t stay again.“

„Bettlaken verschmutzt. Lobby beim Einschecken 10 min. nicht besetzt. In die Jahre gekommen. Viel Abfall beim Frühstück wegen Plastik.“

„Very very very clean eating area“

„The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. We checked out at 3:00 am in the morning and did receive the deposit back. Take pictures before you unpack also when viewing the room it show ...

„Das Servicepersonal war nett und die integrierte Kueche gut ausgestattet. In meinen Augen war das Zimmer zu hellhoerig. Wir konnten Gespraeche der Leute auf dem Flur verstehen (und vermutlich konnten diese auch uns hören).“

„Bloß nicht wieder“

„Rates and fees were very confusing. Night to night the rental price fluctuated wildly. Then there were additional fees that added a significant amoubt to a four night stay. When they say tiny cabin they mean it. So just be aware that if you are into "glamping" it might not be for you. Musty/mildew smell from the bath (I think) permeated the space as did the smell from the refrigerator. Not unexpected from a trailer cabin in the woods. Bright spots included WiFi, coffee, tea snd snacks ...

„They are updating the property and what they have done so far is great! Manager is helpful wonderful!“
