„Hotel ist vielversprechend, jedoch gab es bei uns zu viele Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben. Zum Beispiel hat es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Abwasser gestunken. Wir haben es dem Hotelpersonal mitgeteilt und es kam nach einigen Stunden jemand vorbei und konnte das Problem beheben. Die WC-Bürste hätte seit einiger Zeit gewechselt werden müssen. Ist keine teure Anschaffung, jedoch sind die Gäste sehr dankbar dafür. WC-Papier hatten wir keine einzige Reserve Rolle, logisch merkt man dies erst wenn ...

„We used this for 6 days of skiing. Ski access is immediately across the street. One cannot ski back, but a free bus service is available. The staff spoke impeccable English and were always very helpful. There is a pleasant restaurant. Sometimes only a limited menu is available, e.g. one evening only a cheeses fondue with chacuterrie was available. Note that is was excellent.“

I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. “

„Everything as expected, just to remember they will ask you to clean the rooms including bath rooms and toilet otherwise they will charge you. I don’t know if this place has additional cleaning done before you get the next guest checkin. “
